    For me, it's all about Girl Talk. His albums are recorded as one continuous song, so it's like he's there DJ'ing my run. His newest album "All Day" is perfect for the treadmill.

    1) New Noise - Refused (this is all I really need. right freaking here.)

    2) Burning Inside - Ministry (must be from the In Case You Didn't Feel Like Showing Up cd.)

    3) Rearviewmirror - Pearl Jam (great tempo throughout the song.)

    4) Radio Protector - 65 daysofstatic (awesome instrumental.)
