My favorite thing is the vingarette wishbone spritzer. I don't normally like vinegarettes, but that one is really, really good.

I love fat free feta crumbled, craisins, pine nuts and cucumber over a baby spinach blend or baby romaine blend!

I also love Greek salad with cukes, kalamata olives, and feta.

Southwest turkey salad: with black beans, corn, diced red peppers, pepper jack shredded over romaine with chunks of turkey!

I could go on and on!

    My favorite salad ever:
    baby spinach
    3 dates, chopped
    1 small apple chopped
    3 oz chicken
    Marzetti's light bleu chese

Oh! The dates sound delish! I recently discovered Chia seeds!! They have lots of fiber and protein and are loaded with omega 3's and 6's as well. The are small and tasteless with lots of crunch.

Recently discovered this avocado cilantro buttermilk dressing. Totally low in calories and fat, HUGE on flavor. Delicious on a salad with chicken breast, tomato, radishes, jicama, and roasted corn.

I don't have any specific recipes, just throw whatever goodies I have in the fridge. Lately it's been quinoa, icicle radishes and carrots.

Best replacement topping for croutons is steam fried noodles.

My fave salad is Snickers, but I haven't had it in ages.
    - colored, mini marshmallows
    - chopped apple with skin
    - Cool Whip
    - frozen Snickers bar (easier to cut into chunks)

Hope this is not a dumb question. Where to you find steamed fried noodles?

I had this salad at a restaurant in Napa and it was AMAZING!!! I recreate it often:

Watercress, apples, avocados, mint, basil, cilantro, shallots & pistachios in a balsamic vinaigrette. It's soooo refreshing!!
