All my weight goes to my thighs.

We all have different body types, but all of my weight goes to my thighs. I have small calfs and thunder thighs a.k.a. pear shape.What leg exercises do you recommend other than walking and running? Is it possible to lose all this weight on my thighs?

    Lunges and squats do wonders for legs and thighs! If you want to mix up methods on how to do different kinds youtube is a great resource!

    This. Deadlifts too. Be sure to combine this with cardio, don't be concerned that adding muscle will make them bigger as you'll lean out.
