My name is Bob, I'm 35 years old, I live in Nova Scotia, Canada.
I have had some pretty good success so far, I've lost 123.7 lbs, I only have 9.1 lbs left to lose.
Feel free to add me as a friend, I'm a pretty good motivator, And don't mind sharing tips, stratagies or advice. So go ahead and add me if you want, I accept everyone, All I ask is to stay active.

Thanks Bobby, I eat too many carbs sometimes, I'm under my daily calories but I am trying to stay away from all the breads and stuff like that. it's hard!0

you want to get some grains into your meals toysbigkid, your body won't function properly without it, just don't eat anything from the grains food group to late at night, it takes a little while longer to process them0

congrats on your success in losing the weight but both of your statements are absolutely false. Your body can function just fine without grains and if you do eat them, it does not matter a bit when you do eat them.0 -

Thats what the nutrionist told me, I'm no doctor, she told me I should get so much of every food group to make my body work properly, She also told me not to eat from the grain food group to late in the evening because the body takes longer to burn those carbs off.0 -
that's good to know Bobby, thanks0

Maybe it depends on the person and their body. I sometimees need grains before bed- it helps stabilize my low blood sugar overnight (so it seems)- but I do poorly with them for breakfats for whatver reason. (& I have no medical/nutritional knowlege for that, so no one take it as leegit advice- it's just what seems to work for me)
But some people are opposite.0 -
