Most defnitely the Laughing Cow Light Cheese Wedges package. Only 35 calories per wedge piece and they are so yummy! A must get for me is the big package of organic spinach, asparagus, fruit, and the seasoned roasted seaweed (only 30 calories per package!) ... I could go on and on0

I like buying the big bag of organic brown rice and now quinoa. This is not health food, but the mini chicken cilantro wontons are fantastic. I make them with edamame and oriental vegetables and it's a great and filling meal.
I have just recently tried the Kirkland whole grain bread (comes 2 in a pack). It's delicious.0 -
Yum...that all sounds amazing.
I like Dr. Praeger's spinach pancakes. I usually zap 2 of them & put them ontop of my salad. I also enjoy the quinoa salad.0 -

I buy a ton of natural foods there- fresh and frozen produce, eggs, quinoa, beans, flax, oats, etc.
So I'll plug the one packaged 'diet' item I've been buying for years: Healthy Choice Fudge Bars! 100 calories of creamy, frozen goodness.0 -
I buy their frozen salmon patties...so good. I also get chicken/vidalia onion patties (not frozen). Fresh mozzarella medallions are good also. And they have large bags of quinoa...love it!0

Flatout wraps in BULK! They make fantastic sandwiches or you can use them as a pizza crust! 100 calories and a TON of fiber!! I am also one of those Trident Salmon Patty people...delicious! Kirkland brand boneless skinless individual packed chicken breasts make life soooooooooo easy! Baby carrots, blueberries, raw almonds and frozen veggies....So yummy!!!
One thing that I miss that I haven't had in a LONGGGGGGGGGGGGG time is Costco's giant sized slice of pizza...sooooooooo much grease!! Sooo delicious!! LOL!!0 -
ps - I love your MFP name0

They have this pumpkin flax granola that is SO TASTY! It's near the cereal. It's great with yogurt or as a dry snack.
and the Organic Ancient Grains granola that's right next to this is pretty awesome too. They both have some sugars, but not outrageous compared to a lot of pre-made granolas.
I also love:
Nature's Three Berries frozen berries (I use them in smoothies)
Kirkland Natural Peanut Butter. Just peanuts and a little salt. Most affordable natural peanut butter I've ever found0 -
Boxed field greens (salad)
tomatoes
english cucumbers
bell peppers
green beans
asparagus, occasionally
fresh blueberries, when they have them, altho might try the frozen this week since so many of you say they're good
mangos
strawberries
frozen edamame pouches
frozen veggies
eggs
sandwich thins
Pop Chips
black bean burgers
garbanzo beans, canned
black beans, canned
marinated artichoke hearts
Jarlsburg light sliced swiss cheese (love this stuff)
Kirkland sliced honey roasted turkey breast
eggs
olive oil
Chocolate Almond Silk, when they have it
Skinny Pop, popcorn; a new and delicious find, it's in the snack area
Thanks to this thread, I will be on the look out for several additional items. My store doesn't carry quinoa or brown rice :ohwell:0 -

I call it the 200-300 Dollar Club0
-
Every week:
1. Organic eggs (2 doz - I only eat the egg whites so I go through these quickly!)
2. Fage 0% with fruit (12-pack) - these are a STEAL at ~$1 a yogurt (in the grocery store they are $1.75-$2 each)
3. Strawberries (when in season - the 4 or 5lb packs are a steal)
4. Portobello Mushrooms (5 pack)
5. Tri color peppers (6 pack)
Monthly:
1. Chicken breasts/tenderloins (then freeze them)
2. Laughing Cow cheese (this is a steal)
3. Corn tortillas (freeze these)
Every Sunday I go to Costco and then come home and wash / cut / prep all the fruits/veggies for the week - it's so great to have a fridge full of healthy (cheap) food!0 -
I love costco. I kinda buy product more of a spur of the moment. Pretty much I buy Mexican Coca-Cola bottles & Kirkland water. Rest is kinda of the "Do I want eat this for 2 weeks straight" kinda mind set. Speaking of which Bubba Burgers for a couple days lol.
Also I have to get a Slice of Cheese Pizza and its the most evil thing ever and I can't resist it.0 -
Staples that I get at Costco:
Plain nonfat Greek yogurt
Ground flax seed
Quinoa
Green Tea Bags
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Ground Turkey
Pork Tenderloin
Frozen Shriimp
Vidalia Onions
Spinach
Broccoli
Eggs
Chicken Broth
Canned Tuna
Canned Salmon
Frozen potstickers0 -
Kirkland Signature Wild Pacific Sockeye Salmon (4.5 oz ~ 225 calories) in the freezer section. Individually shrink-wrapped, and taste like fresh, even though frozen. My favorite Costco food!0
-
Thank you everyone for your wonderful replies! I might catch myself spending too much money there this week. I'll update this thread with what I end up grabbing!0
