Hey!!
I'm not new here, but I am looking for some local friends! Is there anyone here from East Anglia? I live in Brandon, Suffolk!
I used to be a size 12/14, and I have managed to get back down to a 8/10. Yay!!!!
I lose my motivation over the weekends, and at the moment I seem to be over-eating. My body reacts better when I don't eat my exercise cals, and I have been eating them (oops) so I feel rather crappy at the moment!
I hope there's some locals on here!
