Ready and Raring to go!!! #SlimJim

Well today I have got all signed up and ready to go with my fitness pal. Second bash at it but new account and new start.
The plan is to eat less obviously, cut out the non diet fizzy juice.
Look to go to the gym 4 times a week. This will consist of Cross Trainer, Swimming & Weights.
For cross trainer I will do 15-20 minutes. I will then do weights, I will then finish with a 30 Minute swim. No stops except to turn.
Medium pace. What do people think about this?
I know weights is not always a good idea for weightloss but I have quite a stocky frame so I want to maintain that and be slimming but toning and sculpting at the same time.
