Fell off the wagon

I was on myfitnesspal for a year and a half when i ran a marathon and pulled a meniscus. It's been a month and a half and 9 pounds gained to motivate myself back into it when i ripped a shirt that fit fine the month before is when i realized i needed to start again. I've never fallen of the wagon before and i feel like i need more support than ever to get back on. It seems harder to start the second time then it did the first. anyone else have this issue?

Yes, ma'am, I'm right there with ya............but I regained more than 9 lbs...........however, since I've been back I'm down 10 (well, 9.8).....so jump back on the wagon (extending my hand to you)..............we'll ride it on out together!!

Today you are back ON the wagon~! one step at a time!
  • Don't feel alone. I was doing good for 3 weeks then I fell off the same wagon. We just have to keep trying.I learned to never give up or be a quitter. It sure is drainning at times. But nobody can say we aren't trying. It took my wife 4 years to loose 40 lbs. but she really try's I'm proud of her for that.I just started this fitness pal a month ago and found I was eating 14000 cal. a day. which explains 10lbs I gained over the last 3 months.Wow do I have some work cut out for me. You can do it! hang in there.Starting over sucks but giving up is 500lbs.Iv been back and forth so many times I'm dizzy. When I got over 185 I kinda figured I needed to do something so I benged on everything thinking in a week I'd change. Not. Now I'm at 192 unless my scale is wrong and the 9 is really a 6. Good luck

    It happens :)
I just started again after 6 months on and 1 month off.
Put on 5lbs and have re-started.
Definitely struggling. Sometimes embarrassed to log my food (Check out my Monday ;p) but I'm not going to let slip ups hold me back :)
