Eating back calories??

So according to MFP I will have 900+ calories left over after I go to hot yoga tonight... Should I eat more during the day or eat a meal when I get home?

    both if you need to, but definitely have some protein when you get home. a nice smoothie is a great thing after a workout :)

    I would suggest eating the bulk of your calories during the day and a lighter dinner. After your workout be sure to eat something high in protein. I hope this helps!

    I got some protein powder last night, 90 calories & 20 grams of protein (zero sugar and carbs)

    Should I double it up for 180 calories and 40 grams of protein?

    pretty sure the body can only absorb @ 30 gms of protein at one time.

    hmmmm...Not sure... I don't like eating in the evening, so I would definetly eat more today, but I like the idea of a smooties when you get back home!
