I reached my first goal!!

I'm so excited, I just had to share this with the world:

Today is my 30th birthday, and my very first fitness goal was to be under 200lbs by my 30th.

This morning, I was 197.8 lbs!!

Wooohoooo!! :happy:

    Thank you everyone! I've found the most success by having to learn not to deny myself anything (I used to be all-or-nothing, didn't work out so well), so I'm definitely having a cupcake for my birthday - but just ONE! :)
