www.bodybuilding.com has great workout articles, tons of weekly/daily plans, workout of the week, it's awesome. And not just for bodybuilders :)

I'd love to hear other responses to this as well.

I use shape.com and go to "Fitness" but I don't really looove their workouts. You have to click individually, one per page, and it gets a bit tedious.

I'd love to find a site where I could print out my workout for the day. Say, Monday I want to weight train bis/ tris and I want to do an interval cardio workout for 45 minutes. It would be so great to print out a list of assigned exercises (with photos).

I just checked out bodybuilding.com but their site is a little tough to navigate to find the actual workouts instead of the articles. Or maybe I'm just obtuse.

    Anyone else..?

oooops...I *am* obtuse! I just looked further on the bodybuilding.com website under Exercises and found great info. I like how you can click on the body part to see the exercises. Thanks, SBS.

Still open to other sites if you guys have got 'em!

I'm so excited to hit the gym tonight!

My favorite of All favorites for Ladies who lift... or are even thinking about lifting!

    http://www.stumptuous.com/

You can tell by her opening page she is hillarious! To me she is the Erma Bombeck Goddess of Grunt!!

Dont let her sense of humor fool you though... This lady knows what shes talking about and has the credentials/ experience to back it.
  • I'd love to find a website that offers a range of different exercises for each muscle group and you can pick and choose to mix it up to make a whole workout.
