Any suggestions for a HARD Zumba dvd??? I am really interested in this form of exercise!

    I just got the Zumba 2 for our Wii. You can personalize your workout by choosing the songs; each song tells you the level of intensity so you can scaffold your workout.

    I dont know you are interested but there is a Zumba group in the area I use to live and they are fantastic. They have a Youtube channel and I just love them. So if you can stream to your TV , it could be a great option.

    i recommend kinect 1 and rush and exhilarate dvd's they are quite intense.
