I saute up some fresh apples with a tiny bit of brown sugar and cinnamon on them. Its good when you add some berries to that. Last summer we made some homemade blackberry syrup and we use that often as well.0

I rarely have pancakes but when I do, I like to go a little over board.
A tsp of butter, tonnes and tonnes of maple syrup. :happy:0 -

Great, now I'm craving pancakes with cherries and cool whip!
I second the strawberry preserves suggestion made above. But I love real maple syrup. It's always going to be my favorite.0 -

I just like Butter, I don't want them too sticky or sweet, except for the fact that I don't flip mine because I love the batter, its like its own sauce.0

I like to use applesauce instead of syrup. Still adds a bit of sweetness but not as much.0
-
I'm not a big fan of pancakes but you can't beat sugar-free syrup. But I grew up having mine with peanut butter and jelly. Yum.0

I make pancakes frequently for the kids, I make silver dollar size ones. So I have a few of those with some peanut butter( about 1/2 tbsp) sliced banana(1/2) a bit of syrup and some bacon bits or cut up turkey bacon mmmmm I call them Elvis pancakes
I also like banana, sliced almonds and a touch of syrup
Or nutella(or mini chocolate chips in the batter) with some fresh strawberries and cool whip.
I love pancakes0
