BEEF AND BROCCOLI :flowerforyou:
Ingredients
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 pound boneless round steak, cut into bite size pieces
1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger root
1 clove garlic, minced
4 cups chopped fresh broccoli
Directions
In a small bowl, combine flour, broth, sugar, and soy sauce. Stir until sugar and flour are dissolved.
In a large skillet or wok over high heat, cook and stir beef 2 to 4 minutes, or until browned. Stir in broth mixture, ginger, garlic, and broccoli. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, or until sauce thickens.

I love trying new recipes...
One of my favorite right now is:
black bean and sweet potato wrap.
1/4cup blk beans
1/2 small sweet potato
1-2 tbl. favorite salsa
1oz. of favorite cheese
1 wrap or flat out
I cook the sweet potato in microwave 4-5 min in microwave (make sure you poke holes it potato and cover with papertowel).
Lay out the wrap and put a layer of blk. beans, sweet potato, salsa and cheese.
wrap up like a burrito
microwave for 1 min to melt the cheese
enjoy!

check Pintrest - they have TONS of recipes....you have to be kind of careful of the ingredients though because not all of them are healthy but there is some really good stuff there too. When I used to follow the South Beach Diet, kalynskitchen.com was one of my favourite sites...even if you aren't following any particular type of diet, she has some great and healthy recipes!0
