Starting Over

Well, I was down 13 lbs, gained 5, and so now I'm down a net of 8. I still have 20-25 to go to reach a weight I will be happy with. I have not been exercising, so I'm plannig to add that to the mix. I'm eating ok (except for vacation), but my schedule has me eating granola bars and boxed meals to control the calories because I feel too busy to cook. I need a lifestyle change, and I'm just not sure how to go about making it so that I stick to it.

    I am starting over too, it seems like no matter what I do I can't seem to go down. Im going to change things up with my eating which is not the best. I have been going to the gym for the past two weeks and I am getting use to eating lease sweets which is my weakness. I want to lose about 20lbs that would make me happy lol....we can't give up must keep at it.
