Whenever I feel unmotivated even the slightest bit, I refer to my "Motivation" board on Pinterest.

    I am brand new to this group and I am struggling to get out of bed for my workout in the morning I want to do it as I know how beneficial it is and I always feel great but when that alarm goes off it is so hard to get out of bed. I feel that I am hitting my calorie intake and eating good foods but I just need more exercise. I know that being healthy is a life style not a diet but I am getting married in a little over 2 months and I have a goal I am trying to reach. If there are any suggestions that you may be able to share I would be very grateful. Thank you in advance!

    Other than the quotes mentioned on my motivation page, I would say that consistency is the key. If you dedicate youself to eating right and allowing yourself 30 minutes a day for exercise, you're guaranteed to see results. The most important element is consistency. Personally, I forced myself to do my cardio (elliptical) every morning. After a week, it becomes habit and you'll begin to look forward to it as you start to see results.

    It's a classic case of the "snowball effect". One good decision will lead to another, then another, and so on.

    Keep at it and be consistent! Results are just around the corner!
