Not sure if there is a thread like this , but iv alwaysbeen curious if anyone has a certain model/singer/actress/actor that they look too to get there body in shape.

    You have to do lower case img.

    That body is amazing!
    Mine is LisaMarie from BodyRock.tv. She is slender with amazing definition.

    THIS! This isn't LisaMarie, but she does BodyRock as well. They have a channel of free workouts that you can do. Very similar to Insanity.

    Let me think. I might be able to find a more attainable body. Hers is a bit much, but I love it.

    I have 3 and for 3 reasons:
    1- Jillian Michaels- because she went from fat to fit!
    2) Jessica Alba- because she's very slim and toned (but I don't have her body type, I'm a pear)
    3) Jennifer Lopez- She's a pear and in great shape

    All said and done I'll probably get close to Rachel McAdams since we're about the same height and body type and I'm aiming for that weight.

    Ive seen this picture online so many times, I don't know who it is, but i always think "Damn, she's hot!"

    She is my height, my chest size with a 25 inch waist and a 34 inch hips. Sounds about right to me! I would KILL for her body :)

    Scarlett Johansson has always seemed... just perfect, to me. We're close to the same height, and her body is pretty much exactly what I want... and, I think, not unattainable. There's a lot of women out there who are much fitter and have nice hard abs, and I think that's a worthy goal too, just not my personal ideal for myself.

    Definitely Olympic swimmer, Dara Torres. She's in my age range, is a mom and has a very similar rectangular shape like myself. I probably could never obtain her level of leanness but it's something to inspire and motivate me nonetheless.
