On my calorie counter! What else? I do not count the calories from my water flavor thingy. its 5 calories for every 16ounces but i dont count it because i think it is more beneficial that i get enough water. What do you cheat on?

    Every time I count out my almonds (24) I put one in my mouth so I really eat 25.

    I sometimes grab a few extra of anything of the bag while I'm measuring some out. Or pack my rice really tight into that half cup serving. Oh,and my SAT's. Shhhhh.

    Crackers (Wheat Thins, Pop Chips etc), I always take one more than the serving size, and don't account for it!

    Crystal Light Peach Tea. It just started getting dumb. Id make a bottle at night then only drink a 1/3 to finish it the next day. Then the day after that it was that partial bottle with 2 or 3 more then another partial. I hated it so I quit and I dont think its messed with my loss.

    When I'm counting out Wheat Thins (totally my crack cocaine, btw), I'll count three broken halves as one whole Wheat Thin :blushing:

    Hilarious, I do the exact same thing, I fill my ziplock baggie and throw one in my mouth when I am done....too funny.
