New to the site & looking for uk friends for support

Hey everyone,

My names Chris & I'm 28 years old from Ayrshire in Scotland. I joined MFP the other day & I'm looking for some friends to help me on my weight loss journey through the good & the bad lol!!!
I'm looking to lose around 2 stone so I can feel better about myself & feel confident again. I'm generally quite an active guy but I just didn't eat the right things.
I'm ready for this challenge now but need some support to keep me on the right track & of course I'll return the favour.
