    Ok...start tweaking the fatty food with good fatty food. Like eggs, grass-fed butter instead of regular butter or margarine, Olive oil, coconut oil. Lean red meat, there's a bazillion ways to cook chicken to make it taste like it's "fatty" when it's made with healthy fats! There's a way to health up almost every recipe out there!

    jajaj! A todos nos gusta la comida chatarra y grasosa... I suggest that you pick your least favorite fatty food and completely remove it from your diet.. do one food at a time.. but don't just remove the bad try to add something good in place of it... or try to find healthier alternatives! let's try to think of one together... what's one food item or meal that you eat but is not your favorite?

    Grass... fed... butter? Sticks of butter, in an open pasture, munching on luscious green grass, and never melting. This is what I see.
