Does Kool Aid count?

So I have been trying to stop drinking soda so much and moved on to concentrated, not concentrated, and fresh squeezed juices. I took a break and cheated a little bit. I made some Kool Aid with equal packets. I have been drinking alot more of it and I was wondering do I really have to log it in. Its really hard to find unsweetened koolaid in the database. I have been quick calorie adding it but its sugar free so its been kind of useless plugging it. But should I? Do I need to add this on my own? Please serious answers no racist remarks.

I would either continue doing quick add calories, or use quick tools to copy it from one day to the next. If you're having it every day it should appear at the top of you most used foods too.

You can add it but not save it to the database if you don't want to. I find it handy to add my own foods because sometimes it is a serious pain trying to find the right entry that matches my label.

I wouldn't log it if its calorie free. It wouldn't even occur to me to make a racist comment about Kool-Aid. This white girl loves some Kool-Aid!

Can I make a suggestion (!!). Stop drinking KoolAid. I appreciate where you're coming from (the world of soda), but 'sugar-free' ... is just NOT good for your temple. Can I suggest you take water, added sliced lemons, oranges, strawberries (whatever flavour you like) - leave it in your fridge over night and add some Stevia (go lightly it's super sweet) - Stevia is from a plant (leaf of the plant) and with the amount that you would need to use - it would be zero calories. It comes in a liquid form with a dropper - so it's easy to mix with unsweetned waters. Anyways - great work coming off soda (no easy task!!). Here's to healthy refreshing calorie free home-made flavoured waters!
