Know any good detox?

Recently, my digestive system has been completely out of whack. College completely destroyed any eating habits I tried to establish early on. Now that it's summer break, I'd like to have a solid foundation of good habits to carry out through the school year. I've adjusted my intake, but I still feel the effects of the Monster energy drinks and horrible dining hall food.
Some of my friends have had great experiences with detox drinks/shakes from stores like Whole Foods. Does anyone know/recommend any particular brand? Or know a good recipe? Mind you, it would have to fit in with a college-kid budget

Save your money - drink lots of water and change your dietary habits. The human body is well-equipped to flush out toxins, it doesn't need shakes, colonics, pills or any of the other garbage the diet industry makes a fortune on.0

Yes, first thing in the morning drink 1 liter (38oz) of water before you do anything else. It will clean you out within a few minutes, then drink more water throughout the day.0
