my First month strength training the results

strength training SW:191 pounds

week 1- 188 pounds

week 2 186 pounds

week 3 184 pounds

week 4 181 pounds

I lost 10 pounds my first month. that including eating the cruise plate

breakfast, snack, lunch , snack, dinner snack. went from a size XL down to a L in shirts and a size 14 in most brands of pants depending on the sizing some 16's.

    WOO HOO!!! You go girl!!!! Keep it up!!! Did you take measurements too? That is an excellent way to really "measure" your success because sometimes the scale doesnt always. BUT, even the scale progress is GREAT!!!
