"Leap For The Challenge"... THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE!!!

This challenge begins August 1st and proceeds until January 1st with daily eating/work-out challenges ALL LAID OUT YOU!!!

Every month I will upload the monthly challenges calendar and all you have to do is check in with the group once a week with your progress report!

AGAIN, THIS CHALLENGE WILL ONLY BE ON MY TUMBLR ACCOUNT BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN JUST BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE A TUMBLR ACCOUNT YOU CAN'T JOIN US! Save the link and keep checking the page for updates!

It's open to anyone who wants to challenge themselves to go up and beyond! :)


Basic Rules:

- Set a REALISTIC goal for yourself

- NO Fried Food/Junk Food (Remember all snacks are not bad for you)

- Check in to group at least once a week with progress update

- Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily

- You MUST eat breakfast… yes YOU MUST!!

    Most of my girls lost 8-10 pounds in just the one month we stuck to it!

    This go round it will be for four months!!! BIGGER TIME FRAME! BIGGER RESULTS BABY!!!!!!!! :bigsmile:
