I find that different days I like to have different playlists. Normally I love Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry (Part of me is great for kicking your own butt!) but I work out super hard when I have a rock and roll playlist! Foo Fighters have some great uptempo songs that motivate me to pedal and push harder and sweat more. Some hiphop is good too, my spinning teacher always plays "hot thing" and does a funny little dance!

Jennifer Lopez - Dance Again / Kelly Clarkson Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You) and My Life Would Suck Without You / Lady Gaga Bad Romance, Born This Way and Edge of Glory / C Lo or the Glee Cast Forget You
  • I really enjoy bands such as Red, Breaking Benjamin, and Rise Against... not into the screaming stuff lol.

I kind of run the gauntlet on music types. Not sure what kind of music you like so it's tough. Here's a few off my list:

Bullet For My Valentine - Alone
Bullet For My Valentine - Your Betrayal
Bullet For My Valentine - No Easy Way Out (Bonus Track)
    Halestorem - It's Not You
    Eminem - 'Till I Collapse
    Julien-K - Technical Difficulties
Killswitch Engage - The End of Heartache
    Mudvayne - Happy?
    Mudvayne - Not Falling
    Mudvayne - Dig
    Rev Theory - Hell Yeah
Armin Van Buren - This Light Between Us
Armin Van Buren - Coming Hoome
Three Days Grace - Animal I Have Become
    Kill Hannah - Crazy Angel
Northern Kings - Training Montage (remake)
Prong - Snap Your Fingers, Snap Your Neck
    VTZ - Step To Me
    Taio Cruz - Higher
    Pretty much anything Flo Rida

Those look like things I would like... I, for some reason, am way less motivated to lift heavy or do a superset to the tune of rap/pop. I NEED rock! I have a few from your list but I'll definitely look into the others, thanks!

I like the bass/rhythm in some of the rap, can get into a decent groove with it.

If I'm gonna go psycho with it I track down some kinda goofy Japanese techno, that stuff is like an audible seizure, you can't help but move.

Also another cheeseball one is Move Your Body by Blessed By a Broken Heart. I think they're a Canadian metal band, it's super cheesy but it does the trick for me when I'm feeling drained for whatever reason.

    Preferred:
    Born to Run - Bruce
    Stronger - K. Clarkson
All Fired Up - P Benatar
Turn the Beat Around - G Estafan
Rythm is going to get you - G Estafan
Closer to Fine - Indigo Girls

    Sometimes sneaks on the list:
Achy, breaky Heart (or Joints) B. R. Cyruss
    Breathless - Corrs
