Thought I would introduce myself to everyone!

Aged 39 and decided the time was right to get into shape and change my life a little before I hit 40. So I have set myself the challenge of losing 120lbs in the next 14 months.

If that is not enough, I have signed up for a charity climb of Kilimanjaro in September 2013 so that is further motivation to get myself in shape.

Anyway, would love so friends on here to keep me motivated to make this major life change :smile:

    Been building up to my first proper hill walk and this weekend is my first try of hiking up a small mountain, I have a mixture of excitement and nervousness so fingers crossed.

    My plan for the next couple of months is to manage calorie intake and increase exercise by walking before adding the gym later.
