Strength Exercises Calories Burned

Hi, why are calories burned not listed for strength exercises? Maybe I need to change something in my settings?

You'll need to use a HRM and enter them manually under cardio, because people vary so much in their intensity on lifting.0

Don't use a HRM. They aren't accurate for strength training. just use 'strength training' under cardio.0

I personally don't log the supposed calories burned lifting because I don't see how it could be accurate.0
