running or roller-bladding..
Personally, I have no trouble running.I feel that my body is so used to it. However, I am literally dying 5 minutes after roller-bladding! what do you guys think???

You put wheels on your feet and then try to MOVE in them? Sounds just as crazy as putting metal blades on the bottom of your shoes! *smh*
(I have never had the courage, balance, or ability to roller skate. Period. By the time rollerblades came out, I already knew that. *lol*)0 -

if you're looking to get fitter then obviously go with the one that's harder for you to do0 -
Roller blading works the legs and butt a lot. I wouldn't say one is better than the other it's just that the blading is different. You're using muscles that you don't use what you run which makes it harder.
