From what I've read so far this is wayyyyyyyy cool! I am betting a lot of people on this site have already discovered this link above but in case you haven't, wanted to share it. I have my meal plan down now, I mean organized and reset my goals so now I want to discover some good ways to burn calories besides my same ole, same ole:) :drinker: :drinker:

This is excellent information. I needed this, like you I feel I have the nutritional part together at this point. Now that I am getting closer to my goal I need to focus on revising my workout to get maximum effect. The straight cardio and weight training I do now is getting a bit boring.

This looks like it will be fun. Great post

That site is selling a book with workout routines, so I'd reccommend taking the link down.

Edited: Ok, I see the book but all the info is on the site as well, you don't have to buy the book to get workouts? If I'm wrong I would be glad for MFP to take the link down. I don't want to try and sell anyone's book!! I thought I was giving a site for free info.

The info is there is for free though, I didn't see any book for sale. MFP has all kinds of adds to sell things. So I don't get your concern?

This is an amazing guide! Answers so many of my questions, and gives me a place to start...and it is free. It takes awhile to wade through it all, but it was worth it. I think I am going to read through the last part again tomorrow when am not so tired and on brain overload.

Thank you so much, Denise, for sharing this.

Good for you Trudence! I plan on adapting a better plan with more variety and especially because I don't do any real, weight-bearing exercise now. The tiny bit of pushups is pretty much it for me;) denise:drinker: :drinker:

Interesting info. It suggests 'starting strength' for beginners, so, could save a lot of reading just by skipping to starting strength. ;)

There is a book but maybe it's a free download. I don't know but I do know the info I want is right on the site;)
