Hi there, I have found that my lack of exercise is the downfall of my weight loss attempts. I love sports and find that the key to my sticking to exercise does not work in the gym for me. If this is also the case for you then feel free to use this forum to find a sport partner or maybe start a team or league. I personally would like to get back out there. I am looking for a female tennis partner in northern connecticut. Please let me know if anyone is interested. I used to be an advanced player but due to my time off the court I'd now classify myself as intermediate.
