    My food diary is open too, come join the party. It soooo works letting others see what you eat. Just today I went out of town, I was planning ahead and was thinking of old eating habits. So I chose to eat a bowl of potato cream cheese soup at Wild Flower Bread Company (240 calories without bread) as opposed to 4 Duncan Donut chocolate donut holes (70 calories each). Better choices and better living. Oh, had chocolate fat free frozen yogurt at the end of the day too:smile:
