Menu planner for excel

Hello, everyone!
Thanks to a personal disaster, I'm making some changes! I thought I'd share my favorite new tool.

This is a spreadsheet for Excel (and works OK with Open Office, as well) that has a menu planner, linked with a grocery shopping list. You can input your own recipies, and adjust the chart, and have many things in one spot.
