Hey everyone. my name is Jessica and I have been battling with my weight for a while now...I am about 200 pounds and I am looking to lose 40-50 pounds. I started going back to the gym for an hour a day at least five times per week and I just started myself on eating healthier. Please feel free to add encouragement is welcomed!!! I will encourage you guys too!! :)

    We've got almost the same goals! I'm currently at 203 right now and wanna lose about 50 lbs. I sent ya a friend request :)

    I'm Corey, I'm 5'6'', 170 lbs and I'm trying to lose 40 lbs. I'm exercising everyday for 1-2 hours. I'm a vegetarian, so you would think I eat super healthy, but I really need to cut down the amount of pasta and sweets I eat. I know I can do it though, and so can you! Good luck! :)
