Setting Goals on MFP Question….

Hello everyone!
I am a little confused on setting my goals, which sounds kind of dumb because its self explanatory, so I’ll tell you what I mean.
When you set your goals its asks for “your normal daily activities?”. Well at work it’s “Sedentary”, I’m an analyst so I pretty much sit at a desk for most of the day. However, I am working out between 5-6 days a week anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours (2 hours is only on days where I incorporate Yoga).
With that all said, in ‘my goals’ section which option should I select for “your normal daily activities?” Should I leave it at “Sedentary” (1660 calories) or change it to “Light Activity” (1870 calories)?
I have lost some weight already, but I want to make sure that I am doing it in a healthy manner and not too quickly. So I’m wanting to make sure that I am eating the proper calories, and not under eating and losing lean muscle.
Does anyone know what I should do? I would appreciate any advice! :glasses:
