    Im 5'9, and I started my lifestyle change on the 3rd of november 2011.

    So far I have lost over 73lbs, and my BF % has gone from 45% to 23% :)

    My goal weight is 150lbs.

    I played netball and went running. Although I started off walking and worked my way up.

    I ate a healthy balanced diet for the majority of the time, and as of the past month or so I have been eating a high protein, low carb diet :)
