exercise results, please help!

This is the first time I've been going to the gym everyday. I've been going everyday since last Saturday. I know it takes a while to adjust. I sometimes go over my 1200 calorie intake. How long should I wait to see results? I just want to make sure I'm on the right track. I'm female, 5'5" and 140.8. my goal is 125.

What does your routine look like?0

You're not all that heavy so it will take awhile. I would say after about 2 weeks. Make sure you're eating good foods. Lots of green leafy stuff, low fat proteins, complex carbs, small amounts WHITE foods(breads, starch, rice). Take a multi vitamin and good quality fish oil/krill oil. Drink lots of water. Eat 5 times a day, don't let you blood sugar spike up and down. Low amounts of processed foods and sugars.
