I saw that advertisement for tortillas on TV too and was thinking of buying it. I might have to consider this, although I don't have a muffin pan.

What type of tortillas do you all use and what size?

I don't have muffin pans... I just wad up a ball of tin foil, flatten it a little on the top and bottom and spray with cooking spray. Lay the tortilla on top and put them on a baking sheet. 350, checking them until they are the right color... easy!!!!

I just baked them using the small corn tortillas. I had to leave them for 11 minutes. Of course they are smaller than the illustration, but are perfect! I am going to store them in a paper bag for the next couple of days.

I didn't read every reply, so sorry if this has already been posted. The bottom of a muffin tin also works great to hold tacos upright...to bake them, and to hold while you fill them. I just take the pan right to the table to serve.

What a cool idea and you don't need to buy more than one of those taco bowl things on tv to make more than 1! Thanks for sharing.
