Cucumer, onion tomato salad

1 cup cucumers sliced

1 cup tomato slices

1 cup chopped onions

2tsp italian dressing

I put Cilantro on top.

    I make the same thing minus the onions. It is the only way I can get my husband to eat cucumbers or tomatoes. I love it!

    I make the same thing only I add a small amount of mozzarella cheese and use a mix of red wine vinegar, oregano, black pepper and garlic salt for the dressing.

    I do that except I use only champagne or white wine vinegar. Yummy!
