I also love MFP! It hasn't been that long but I have cut down on my junk food. I love this site. If anyone else is tempted by sweets and is looking for a friend - please friend me and we can stay on this program together!

    Oh I'm definitely with you there! My weakness is all things sweet; right before I started this healthier lifestyle my favorite thing to binge on was Birthday Cake Oreos (especially the ones covered in chocolate). I would sit there and eat the whole package. It's still pretty tough, but the more progress I see in myself, the less I want to eat that stuff. Sending you a friend request now!

    those oreos sound out of this world! I used to buy three donuts from the bakery and a candy bar and come home and have them with a glass of milk for dinner (5 nights out of 7). They knew me at the bakery.

    I LOVE chocolate! I am more of a plain chocolate person rather than cake, cookies, although I will eat those too. I do love choc ice cream wtih peanut butter. So hard to get that under control.

    I actually never get tempted by sweet, sugary food- it's always salty savoury food for me!

    I have the biggest sweet tooth! Oh my goodness, I totally understand. Chocolate is definitely my favorite. Or the occasional cookie or ICE CREAM. Screw it, it's all good! *dies* I'm not going to cut them out completely out of my diet because why should I be miserable? Moderation is key and dessert is a blessing. :wink:

    I am a huge fan of candies,other sweets and most everything that is bad for a person! I don't do well when I have to cut out of my diet something that I really enjoy. I agree that moderation is more the key, if that works. I have my days when moderation goes out the window.
