Hello everyone. I have been on MFP for a year now and I feel ready to share my progress!! My journey to fitness will never be over but I want to show you what can be done if strive for it enough!!! If you eat healthy foods, and exercise (it can be done I have 2 kids, 5 and 1, I found time!) you can have the body you want!

    I typically do the 30 day shred on and off, I hike at least once a week, I walk while carrying the kiddo and pushing the stroller often. I take any opportunity I can to exercise, if we are going to the zoo or something like that I double it up by carrying the little one. Usually I do 2 workouts per day, for example today the 30 day shred and dancing, I also mix it up with zumba and yoga!

    Edit, if we go the park I do pull ups on the monkey bars, also I do lifting weights and short runs..

    you look great, but have your lovehandles fully gone away? lovehandles are my major problem area, and after having my 2nd baby ALL of my weight shifted to them practically overnight. u should post a full frontal. :)
