Green Coffee Beans

Has anyone tried these supplements? I read that 2 400mg 30 minutes before a meal is the ideal dose and you don't even have to change your diet or exercise. Has anyone had any success with these? Or didn't like them?

  • Well, I ordered them so I'll give feedback if anyone else was curious about these! I guess they were on Dr. Oz but I heard about them from some girls at work.

I have been taking green coffee bean extract for nearly 6 weeks now. Before that, I was kind of at a plateau. Was exercising here and there but once I started taking that, along with the foreskolin, the scale started to head in the right direction..Once I started running the success continues. I would say give it a shot. It is not a miracle pill like he claims on that show. Continue to exercise. Don't eat crap and it can help you. I think for me, it really helps after a weekend of drinking etc. I don't feel bloated, sluggish and I usually don't add any weight...so that is where I think it has helped me the most.
    Hope it works for you.
  • Thanks Greg! I guess I should have specified I don't expect miracles, and since I do already watch what I eat/have an active life that I wouldn't have to make ADDITIONAL changes in order to see results.

I used Ab Cuts awhile back and LOVED the results, but they were a little bit more expensive but they seemed to really curb my appetite and the weight did come off.

Out of curiousity is this another Dr Oz fad..? I've lost all faith in him. I think he is hyping all of these products up for a bigger paycheck.
But anyways, I agree with whoever posted that if your not looking for a "miracle" pill and are exercising and eating healthy, then try it...... just dont take them with the expectation of having huge results.
