I LOVE these! ALL of them!
-French Onion
-Garlic & Herb
-Queso Fresco & Chipotle
and on and on and on!
BUT I am getting sick of Whole Grain Club Crackers.
What do you eat with this amazing, somehow magically low calorie, spreadable yummy goodness?

Love Love Love them too!
I use it as a spread on a low carb tortilla, add some lunchmeat and mustard to make a sandwich.
Also recently melted some in with my quinoa when I didn't have any shredded cheese, which was close to a mac & cheese consistency (which has got me thinking of actually making quinoa "mac" & cheese now)
Its been a while, but I did make some shrimp spread with half cream cheese and half laughing cow swiss so that it was lower in cals/fat but still delicious.
Using as a dip or to make a dip for pop chips, carrots, etc.
There is also a cream cheese version now that is so good with bagels.0 -
In EGGS?! Oh yum! And a laughing cow mac and cheese? sign me up!0

I've used laughing cow in my scrambled eggs before as well. Yum!!
I also like it on celery and I use it on my sandwiches in the place of mayo.
I may have to try the mac & cheese idea. Brilliant!0 -
I don't eat the cheese wedges, but I can recommend the Special K Cracker Chips. They come in several flavors and typically are about 110 cal for 30 chips. They are slightly dimpled so they can hold both liquid and semi-soft stuff and solids don't have to balance so much.0

sometimes i'll eat them with multigrain pita chips. it's also good spread on a corn tortilla.
OR blend up cauliflower, add a wedge of laughing cow and some garlic powder. blend again. mashed califolower. yum!0 -
I love the LC wedges too!
In place of cream cheese, I use them on a deli flat or flatout bread and add smoked salmon and some thinly sliced onion.
Like lox on a bagel but less calories, yum0 -
I use them on pasta. They melt nicely, but you have to use several to coat the pasta.
I also use them on bagels in lieu of cream cheese.0 -
On an English muffin with an egg for a sandwich! Really good!0

I have one for lunch with WASA sesame flatbread (look in the cracker aisle). YUM!0

Light garlic and herb are my favorite!!! I use a wedge on 8 reduced fat wheat thins. Love this little snack! 35 calories for the cheese and 65 for 8 wheat thins! Great tasting snack for 100 calories!0

Oh heck yeah!! I put them on:
*baked potatoes
*5 saltines + 1 wedge + sliced apple
*eggs
*whole wheat toasted english muffin (with and without sandwich fixin's)
*mashed potatoes
*tortilla shells for a spread for wraps
*chicken breast
soooo many options!!!0 -
have you tried triscuits..low fat,low salt0
-
I liked them on sliced seedless cucumbers. They make great "crackers" and are low cal and very refreshing to eat..yummy!0
-
I sliced open a bell pepper hollow it out and spread the cheese inside half of the pepper and just eat it, low cal and veggies awww yeah0

I love to wilt some spinach (about 3-4 cups, so a good size) with some onion and garlic, then I add 2 wedges in. It tastes like yummy creamed spinach. You can do this with beet greens, and kale too.0

I use them anywhere I would otherwise put cheese and/or mayo... and in eggs and pasta
So yummy and versatile!0 -

I spread it on a toasted multigrain sandwich thin half and slap a fried egg on top. 155 delicious calories!0

Any kind of Kashi brand crackers or the special k multigrain crackers are yummy with them. I also like the " Food should taste good" brand of sweet potato tortilla chips with laughing cow. Yummy0
-
I love this stuff and just got some good ideas for what to pair it with. I've only been putting it on Wheat Thins, but you all have definitely opened my eyes to other possibilities.0
