I'm new to the site but it looks like a good place to keep daily track of things. I have been losing weight for 3 years now from a high of 250 to 160 now. I want to get to 135 someday. I am a stay at home dad that works as a cook at night. My hardest thing is not eating a lot of food at lunch time because of all the down time I have right now. I have a 2 year old that sleeps at Noon till 3pm and there isn't much I can do with him outside due to the cold and snow.
