I LOVE these! ALL of them!

    -French Onion
    -Garlic & Herb
    -Queso Fresco & Chipotle
and on and on and on!

BUT I am getting sick of Whole Grain Club Crackers.
What do you eat with this amazing, somehow magically low calorie, spreadable yummy goodness?

    wheat thins tuscan herb flatbreads
Savortiz (Aldi) multi grain and seed crackers

I mix the plain Swiss with salsa, then stir it all together with a baked potato and either chicken or lean pork. Makes a tasty, filling lunch.

I eat them on Wasa multi grain crackers… Delicious! By the way, you must try the Laughing Cow cream cheese wedges…they come in Cinnamon Cream (my fav--on toasted English muffins!) and Strawberries and Cream!

I bought some when they were on sale to test it out.
I am wondering what the difference is to light cream cheese other than price. Last time I checked one was $6, regular price.

I used them for dinner tonight to make Cheesy Broccoli. 2 bags of frozen broccoli and 3 wedges of laughing cow swiss cheese. Kids LOVED it..

I mix LC with 1/2 cup brown rice, tuna or chicken, and diced jalepenos. (The chipotle is the best for this!) Just heat in the microwave until melted.

Ah, yes this, too! Add in a slice or two of canadian bacon or turkey sausage and you have a "healthier" McMuffin.

What flavor do you use for this??
I just started eating the wedges and have only had the swiss.

I use the light swiss with the egg and canadian bacon, myself. But, the herb and garlic would be awesome with the muffin alone, or the bagel thins. Their newer cream cheese is really good on the bagel thins too. Haven't tried the strawberries and creme one yet, but i never was a big fan of the fruit flavored shmears anyway.
