water and heartburn help....

When I drink water I get heartburn and an upset stomach. Anyone have any idea why?

    ulcer high up on your stomach wall? Dunno, that would be my guess, but you should probably get that checked out.

    I did too. Never could drink water especially tap water from certain areas. I always eat first and that helps. Have you tried distilled water?

    yes i dont drink tap around here its gross lol but i do have stomach problems similiar to ibs so thats probably what it is. guess i can stick with gatorade and it will be ok

    That's so strange...I have a Pur water filter that works great. It's only $25 or so and it last forever! I fill up my nalgene bottles and drink them all day. I wonder if it might be something else? The water is tested at the water factory and surely they wouldn't send out super-acidic water. Of course I am just speculating :) I would invest in a water filter if I were you so I could get in all my daily water needs!
