What a difference 20lbs makes...

I quit smoking over 2 years ago. I gained 20lbs overnight (it seemed like it anyway) . The first two picture are from last summer. I was so discussed with the way I looked, I knew something had to be done. My journey....thus far

That's a fantastic job!
Your journey confirms something I have been suspecting... the exercise portion is so critical. I have lost 19 lbs and my transformation isn't nearly as noticeable.... I know I need to get back in the gym...you just proved that. Thanks for being a fantastic inspiration! Keep up the awesome work!0 -
