Grave Shift

Im new to the grave shift and want to continue my nutrition and fitness i know that working the grave shift has negative impacts., i want to know if anyone out there has any grave shift success stories, tips, routines for maintaining health etc?

    When I worked late hours 4pm-4am, I just adjusted my hours. I got up at 2pm and ate breakfast etc. Went to bed at 7am. As long as you meet your meal plan, there shouldn't be a problem. I was lucky, I am single and could do that. If you have a family to take care of, I don't know what to tell you. Good luck!

    Hi. I just started on MFP in June and work all shifts mostly over nights. Feel free to look at my diary.

    i work 8pm-8am.....it is hard but possible.....

    thanks all, yah my shift is from midnight to 8am, just feels like theres less time working grave, feel free to look at my diary also anyone and we can try to help each other out and overcome this obstacle best of luck to you all also
