missing calories.

So I am wondering what to eat for dinner.. I have 500+ calories to go but i am full or over on things like protein and chol.
any suggestions?

The default protein settings here are too low.
NEVER assume you should not eat more meat just because you've reached your protein goal...
In fact, go into settings and raise the protein to 30%!
Then eat some more!0 -

Also didn't think of cereal... I usually think of children's cereal loaded with sugar... so i try to stay away.0 -
If I have extra calories, I tend to eat nuts: pistachios, almonds, or cashews...but any nuts or seeds will do.
If you are eating a pretty "clean" diet - mostly fresh vegetables, etc. - then I suggest adding olive oil to things when you cook.0 -

i was surprised when i put frosted flakes and 2% milk. not as high as i thought it would be0

Make a protein shake? You're more than likely not really over on protein. When I first created my profile, it was suggesting I have like 65g of protein a day. Grill a piece of chicken with some veggies.0

I am always over in protein and fiber- I plan it that way. the setting they gave me seem low for those.0

peanut butter? avocado? popcorn made on the stove with olive oil? dark chocolate chips? hummus and carrots/cucumber? apple? uummmmm..... beans? that's all i can think of right now....
