    I'm in. I've been up and down, and i'm currently up to almost 240 (male 6'0" 28) 50 would put me at 190, a good place to re-evaluate might need to get down to 180, not sure. I'm 28 and I want to be in shape before i'm in my 30s!

    No guys on here yet! had to break the ice. good luck everybody!

    Count me in! 50 ish is really what I am looking at. My goal is to just be healthy, and be able to walk the dog and still be able to breathe!

    DEFINITELY add me. I would love support. I'm at 211 lbs &, well, I think 145-150 would be wonderful.. I've got a lot of weight to lose.

    I'm down! I started about 2 weeks ago (I think!) and don't really know what I'm doing. I'm starting to feel my head spin from all the different "advice" on the boards...

    I started at 200 and am trying to get down to 145, but I'll reevaluate once I'm there.

    I used to be that, I would read so much on here I didn't know what to do... So I just stuck to the cals that MFP gave me, I worked out, and for me I had my splurge day and I got there.... Just stick to a healthy lifestyle :)

    201 currently ...ticker is set for my 1st goal of 180 however 151 on a scale would look pretty good! ;-) please include me!
