I'm down! I started about 2 weeks ago (I think!) and don't really know what I'm doing. I'm starting to feel my head spin from all the different "advice" on the boards...
I started at 200 and am trying to get down to 145, but I'll reevaluate once I'm there.
I used to be that, I would read so much on here I didn't know what to do... So I just stuck to the cals that MFP gave me, I worked out, and for me I had my splurge day and I got there.... Just stick to a healthy lifestyle0 -

I'm in. Using this tool I actually got down basically to where I wanted to be and then due to laziness, and some other medical issues I gained 50lbs of what I had lost back. I am really aiming for about 35lbs but if I hit that mark then I am going for 50lbs.0
